Useful things to include: the name of the product as it appears on the card, the width of your rod and the drop you want. A photograph of the window saves a round trip.

We can help with what a specification says and does not say, which sizes exist, and how a fabric behaves at a window. We cannot look up an order, change a delivery date or take a return: those live with the retail partner where the order was placed.
